Boy it's been a long time

It's been slightly over a month since I've updated the space. Well it's just that I've not been doing much except studying my brains out for the exams. As of last friday, they've been officially over but I've taken some time to relax and stay away from my laptop.

Well there still isn't much going on in my life right now but pretty soon I'm gonna be uber busy, in a good way.

Firstly, I been offer the internship at One Rochester! They're setting up this new patisserie (I had to check out the spelling on that =/) at Douby Ghaut and I'll be interning as part of the pioneering team! How awesome is that! Well that stint begins on 27th april (next Monday) and lasts till 27th June.

Well that's not the required 10 weeks of internship you say? Yea that coz "I'm leaving on a jet plane" on the 28th, off to HK for summer exchange at CUHK. It's just for 5 weeks, with the exams falling on 5th August.

Gosh. Thinking about the summer I have ahead leaves me worried that I would be able to rest and recharge before the new term =/ Meh. At least it'll be a fruitful summer! =D

Let me get through the biathalon in one piece

I should get to bed after this post, seeing as I've got to be at Sapphire Pavilion @ Sentosa tmr at 7 fricking` AM! Urghh even the sky train and bus don't start till then.

Somehow, what I wrote in "What would you like to achieve out of this Biathalon?" in the sign-up form comes to mind:

1. A challenge
2. Not die
3. Make it through without injury

I'm pretty sure I'll accomplish No. 1, no worries there. It's 2 and 3 I'm more worried about. I seriously hope it's not gonna be TOO competitive. A well placed kick to my chest and I might just end up with a punctured lung =/ Seriously man, let me complete the 300m swim and play in my frisbee game.

It's supposed to be the week 8 "TERM BREAK" but week 9 keeps coming up in my mind. What do I have due on week 9?

1. HCM Benefits Paper
2. Cog Psych Mid-terms
3. MPW Group Presentation and Paper
4. CAT Presentation and Proposal.

OMGAWD. I hope I can get some good sleep tonight =/

Left 4 Dead is Uber

We had another Left 4 Dead marathon today. Brandon (who left after 5), Dael, Peng Li, Xander (who took over Bran at 5) and I manage to blaze through 3 campaigns on ADVANCED difficulty.

Not bad if I say so myself. But oh so draining =/

Oh well back to work on my CAT/HCM/DMA/MPW projects =[

Happiness

By taking joy in the littlest things

School is overwhelming =/

CAT is the pits. I hope my prof doesn't see this. If he does, "It's not your fault Prof! I'm just Excel illiterate!"

I'm also sooo far behind on my readings. And i really dislike not being able to fully understand what the Prof says in class and mentally map it to a page in the text.

But anyways, the bunch of us got our applications to CUHK approved! Boy I can't wait to go over. Been a while since I've traveled! Gah I really need to try to learn some Canto =/
